Amazon is directly in charge of all the handling of our products once they are sold on Amazon. So unfortunately we are unable to intervene with shipping and fulfillment issues. If you are having any issues with your Amazon order, we recommend you contact their customer service department directly as they will have an answer for you and get it handled.
