Where is my package?

We ship out orders the same day they are placed or the next business day. We want them to get to you as fast as you want them!

When your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking. You can use the tracking number to see where your package is and when it will arrive to your home!

Once the package has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you haven't received your package and the tracking number isn't updating, we recommend reaching out to the carrier and having them find where your package is and when it will be delivered.

For USPS orders:

  1. Submit a missing mail claim
  2. AFter 7 days, submit a missing mail claim
  3. We as the shipper should not be involved in the claim process. There are local, escalated, and national consumer advocacy channels that claims can be routed through!

For UPS Orders:

  1. Submit a missing mail claim
  2. We will be contacted to resolve, if appropriate, we will issue store credit.
