How do I redeem my points?

Step 1: You will need to be logged into your account. You can login in the top right corner of the website by clicking the person icon.

Step 2: Scroll down and select "Redeem Now".

Step 3: From there, you will see the list of possible rewards. If you have enough points for the reward, you will see the red button "Redeem" next to the reward. If you click that button, you will use your points (noted on left) to "redeem" this reward. You will receive an email (the one you signed in with) with instructions on how to use this reward. 

*NOTE - If you click redeem, there is no un-doing this action. Your points will be removed and you will receive an email with further instructions. We are unable to put reward points back in your account after this has been done.

Step 4: You will receive an email with your personal discount code

Step 5: You will put your personal discount code in the "Discounts and Gift Cards" section on the checkout page of your order.
