Do you offer phone customer service?

At this time, we do not offer phone customer service.

Why not?

The reason we do not offer telephone customer service is so we can take the time to do research on your questions without having to put you on hold. Over the phone, we are not able to send you photos that may help your situation, or have you send us photos so we can offer our support. We believe working with you over email actually provides better customer service to you by being able to be thorough in our explanations and answers to provide you with the quickest, best service that you deserve!
