At Pet Parents®, your satisfaction is very important to us! We want you to be a Pet Parents® customer for life!

Because of this reason, we offer a 1-year product warranty. If during your product’s 1st year, it does not function as it should due to a  manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your product free of charge, hassle and worry free! All products, except Gnawtlers®, SoftSupps® and Pet WiPees™ are covered regardless of the abuse.
