How do I cancel my order?

We process and ship orders fast – this is so you and your furbaby are able to live happier, healthier lives as soon as possible!

If you would like to cancel an order, you can reach out to us via email. Please provide the name and email address associated with the order and the order number. This allows us to easily look up your order to cancel it.

We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet left our warehouse. This must be done the same day you order it and before it gets fulfilled and shipped. Which usually means the same day you order before 3:00PM EST.
